A faith-based leadership and strategy cohort rooted in proven, actionable frameworks and the power of shared member context. We currently have two cohorts that we are accepting new members into: Pastor’s Cohort and Family Business Cohort. HOW IT WORKS
OUR Frameworks
Every month, the cohort will do a deep dive into one of the Cornerstone leadership or strategy frameworks. These frameworks have been developed and applied to CEOs across the country over the past three decades.
CUSTOM application
Each framework will be mapped directly to individual member applications. This cohort does not live at the theoretical level – we put things into practice for you.
Group Context and Problem Solving
Our Pastors Cohort is comprised of lead pastors from mid to large-sized churches from across the country. The curated content speaks directly to the most high-impact decisions you face in your church, life, and home.
Our Family Business Cohort is made up of G2 (second generation) sons who will one day be taking over their family business. Our members will work through the Four Pillars of Transfer - financial literacy, core business understanding, core values/brand, and family legacy.
